Laszlo Bodrogi-FRA, 35 rode for the French national team in the time trial at the 2011 World Championships. He notched 8 top-10s for the season and helped lead the team to victory at the Tour of Turkey.
He is the judo-trained French time trialist who shows up to make the race harder. Out in the middle of a rainy cornfield in northern France he flats on a cobble, calmly climbs off, takes the new rear Shimano C35, remounts and rejoins the chase, fighting up from car 14 in the sector until he gets to the race commissaire at the point where the action has rejoined pavement and the work will only get harder. And he hits the diesel engine and powers up the twin engines and flies back to the field to be there when they cross in to Belgium and the road appears to have been sawed off with a cement cutter. He is Laszlo Bodrogi and he is fast.
