Rubens Bertogliati, 31, Switzerland. Bertogliati is the 2010 Swiss national time trial champion, a jersey he has held for two years straight. Bertogliati joins Team Type 1 for the 2011 season and has been racing professionally since 2000. In 2002 Bertogliati wore the Maillot Jaune as the leader of the Tour de France for three days after winning the first stage in Luxembourg. Rubens has also had podium finishes at stages in the Giro d'Italia, and won the GP Chiasso in Switzerland near his home in Lugano.
